The Cap Barbell Adjustable Ankle Weights allow for up to 5 lbs on each ankle. These ankle weights don’t have a brand printed on them if you prefer something more discrete.

On each ankle weight, there are six pockets for the weight bags. Reviews on Amazon complained that the weight bags start leaking the filling (sand) after some use. Others state that the sand settles on the bottom of the weights making them uncomfortable to wear for long. The strap has also caused some issues and some experienced tearing after only a month.
Overall, while the Cap Barbell ankle weights are not expensive, the quality is not optimal. For adjustable weight ankle weights, we recommend the All Pro ankle weights (see review) instead.
