Reviewers on Amazon say the Perfect Fitness Multi-Gym can adjust to walls and molding of different thicknesses, and it wont damage the structure, but it might damage the paint. No gloves are required as the foam is sturdy, comfortable, and long-lasting, it fits up to 35”-wide doorframes. Make sure to measure the doorframe you want to fit this into before buying it, as many reviewers have reported that it was too short for their doorframes.
As for some things to keep in mind, however, many users didn’t feel confident that the bolts were sturdy enough, and ended up buying new ones before installing the pull-up bar. While it may not appear to be long-lasting, most users reported that it showed little or no wear and tear even after over a year of frequent use.
