This sporty lady is Laura Kasperzak, a 36 year-old mama of two and a yoga instructor from New Jersey. She is taking the Instagram world by storm with her wonderful pictures. Every day she posts photos of herself and often with her kids in unbelievable yoga poses.
Her goal: to encourage all women to take care of themselves and engage kids with sports.
